Over the years I have asked Ken a few times for some advice in areas, when I was a little unsure myself. Like how much efficiency is lost on an eaves gutter when the downpipe is connected to rear of the gutter and not the base (typically seen in many WA project homes) He has always astounded me with his thorough responses obviously spending many hours undertaking complex mathematical calculations.
